Delete your Stailas account

1. Open Stailas and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Select Delete account, confirm your password, and follow the confirmation shown on screen.

Your account is deactivated immediately. After a 30-day grace period, Stailas permanently deletes the account and its stored data, including outfit photos, garment images, wardrobe records, style insights, notification tokens, and account profile.

Signing back in during the grace period cancels the deletion and restores the account. After permanent deletion, the data cannot be recovered.

You can remove individual outfits, photos, and wardrobe items inside Stailas by opening the item and selecting its delete action. This permanently removes that item and the associated stored images while keeping your account active.

If you cannot remove a specific item in the app, email lookinggood@stailas.com from the address on your account and describe the data you want deleted.

Deleting your Stailas account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play, Apple, or the web payment provider. Cancel it with the store or provider that billed you to prevent a future renewal.

Go to your Stailas account settings, or email lookinggood@stailas.com from the address on the account if you cannot complete the request.
